1999. It was originally founded by Vern, Spyder &
VR. Rockman followed within a couple months and the rest is
History. So each year on that

their proper rank and name. Too many times we have seen or heard people
calling General Vern by Vern and Xomby as x-man. Please call NCO's by
their rank then name, and there are many more examples. Just be more
respectful when refering to someone from a higher rank.
